It improves posture and engages the body's core, correcting sitting posture through active stabilization.  The BackJoy shifts the user's center of gravity to the front of the body, removing pressure from the spine and back areas. It is designed for people with arthtitis, chronic low back pain, compressed discs, sciatica and osteoporosis. We carry both the classic foam and memory foam versions.
